Marc finally embraces the tiniest amount of lyrics, presenting CIRCUIT BREAKER in a borderline comedic form. It celebrates a crossing of funk with electronic production, dj style vinyl scratches and all. Reminiscent of Herbie Hancock’s “Rock It” period, it combines syncopated parts as always, but anchoring it in a more basic—and recognizable—form. Please feel free to dance along. Even “shoulder dancing” is ok.
