MONTANA
Montana is an expansive musical reflection inspired by the landscapes, cultures, and enduring spirit of the American frontier. Drawing from echoes of Old West parlor music, orchestral writing, and Native American-inspired musical influences, the composition explores both the grandeur of the land and the rich tapestry of histories woven into it.
Beginning with intimate piano and strings, the music gradually unfolds through expressive flute, percussion, and sweeping orchestral passages, evolving naturally from quiet contemplation to moments of dramatic intensity. Rather than portraying a single story, the work invites each listener to experience a personal journey through a landscape shaped by beauty, resilience, and the passage of time.
